 Egyptian
Divers was established 1. March 2002 by Yasser Al-Assal, Egypt
and Stefaan LaPorte,
Belgium. After having run the center together for almost a year,
Stefaan chose to seek other challenges, and Yasser and his
brother, Waleed Al-Assal continued here after.
Yasser
has been in the world of diving for many years, with experience
in daily diving, jeep safari diving, live aboard, courses etc.
He knows all the dive sites worth visiting, he has been working
in Sharm since 1992, with breaks in Hurghada, Dahab and some
diving in the south of Egypt as well. The first year Egyptian
Divers was located in front of Noria Resort Hotel, but after
looking for a bigger place for the center, we relocated to our
current address, next to Blue Reef Hotel at the entrance of Naama
Bay.
Our team of staff
members varies from Egyptians, Russians, Georgians and Danish.
This gives us the advantage of being able to cover languages
such as: Arabic English Russian Georgian German French
Turkish Danish Swedish Norwegian Italian. If more
languages are required, we will also do our best to cover this.
